The services of the Credit Ambassador role

This is a Free Service offered to our new and existing clients. The Credit Ambassador is a role that all agents at Fair Mortgage Solutions utilize. The process is specialized for each client. No two plans are identical. The duration of the process is dictated by how much YOU want this to work. With this role we are dedicating ourselves to our clients for the long term. We want to find the solution that best fits your situation to resolve your credit issues. When you are not facing issues and are able to dream big, we will be here to support you in that adventure as well.

Some may ask why, what’s the point? Well, the difference is spending money on interest over time. It all adds up. With a good credit score you will pay less in interest for most products you purchase. This is a very important consideration as the difference between good credit and bad credit amounts to $250,000 saved in mortgage payments. Banks determine what interest rate you get by calculating risk. They take into consideration payment history, current credit and the ability to manage the two cohesively. We work with our clients one on one to maintain a positive credit outlook. Having good credit opens doors and relieves stress.

How we get paid

For many of our clients, the mortgage process is cost-free. The client benefits from our expertise while the lender pays us directly and provides a good interest rate for the client. If the clients’ situation is more complex, a broker fee may be involved depending on the status from a lender.
